Universal Ultrasound (Universal Ultrasound, Inc.) is located in Bedford Hills, New York. Our team of highly trained and experienced sales engineers are strategically placed throughout North America. Our focus is to market and service sophisticated ultrasound equipment at affordable prices, and enable doctors and veterinarians of all practice sizes to utilize imaging diagnostics.
The president of Universal Ultrasound is Mr. Peter Brunelli whose background includes a BS degree in Marketing & Finance from Manhattan College and an MBA from Iona College. He has over 30 years experience in ultrasound sales and service, and incorporated Universal Ultrasound in 1981.
Universal offers a complete line of new and used equipment including all the accessories needed to operate an ultrasound practice. Universal enjoys tremendous success in the medical ultrasound marketplace particularly in physician office based ultrasound sales. Nearly 25 years ago, Universal expanded into the veterinary marketplace, quickly becoming the primary supplier of ultrasound equipment to small, mixed and large animal practices.
Universal Ultrasound has more veterinary customers than any other ultrasound equipment company. We are committed to supplying both high quality imaging equipment, as well as the educational tools to train veterinarians in the proper use and techniques to perform the ultrasound procedure. This same dedication prompted Universal to provide nearly all veterinary schools with ultrasound equipment at little or no charge years ago. More recently, an educational division was formed (Universal Seminars, Inc.), a company providing seminars and wet labs every month to accommodate the teaching needs of the veterinary industry.
Universal Ultrasound has formed strategic alliances with Biosound Esaote and several other quality manufacturers to provide the latest in imaging technologies in order to give the veterinary practitioner the tools to efficiently and effectively acquire, enhance, archive and transmit diagnostic images.
